About 1/3 of couples with fertility problems, we cannot find any cause. This diagnosis is by excluding the other known causes of infertility. Some postulate that the quality of eggs can be an issue in “unexplained” infertile couples. Depending on the length of the time that the couple have been trying to conceive and age of the lady, IUI or IVF can be considered as options of treatment.
